There are common areas located throughout the development for your use. Some are marked as Wildlife Preserves. The three most popular of these areas are the Clubhouse, Boat Launch and Lincoln Park. These three areas are each equipped with playground equipment, basketball goals, restroom facilities, picnic tables, grills, shelter houses and beaches. Please note: THERE WILL BE NO FREE OVERNIGHT BOAT TIE UP AREAS ON COMMON PROPERTY. (See the User Fee Schedules for more information.)
The clubhouse grounds are also equipped with swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits, volleyball net, baseball and soccer field.
The swimming pools (adult and wading pool) are open every day from Memorial Day through Labor Day from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For members there is a registration fee. Guests of POA Members are allowed but there is a charge per day per guest. Members must register their guests. Fees for Pool: (See the User Fee Schedules for Pool Fee information.) Any shelter on POA common Property can be reserved, with the exception of the campground. The reserved shelter will be marked. Shelters that are not reserved are available on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the POA Office (765) 386-7447 if you are interested.
