COMMITTEES  The Board of Directors may establish such committees of the  members as the  Board  deems necessary to carry on the affairs of the Association, and it shall define the powers and duties thereof. Committee members shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.

Election  4th Tuesday @ 7:00 p.m. June - March, verify ballots Thursday morning prior to annual meeting, count ballots annual meeting day last Saturday in February.
Government  Attends Commissioners (1st & 3rd Monday @ 6:00 p.m.) @ Courthouse annex/communicate via telephone
