The Clubhouse houses the
POA Office. The office hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: |
8:30 a.m. to
1:00 p.m.
&
1:00 to 5:00 p.m. |

Wednesday: |
8:30 a.m. to noon |
The lower level, kitchen, upper large and small meeting rooms are available
to members for private functions by reservation, paying a usage fee, attendant’s hourly wage and a
damage/cleaning deposit. The Clubhouse will not be available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. Reservations forms are available through the
POA Office. Please call well in advance.

The Clubhouse is the Site of Monthly Association Board Meetings
