Roads The roads contained within the development are county owned and maintained. Schools SCHOOLS The elementary school is located in Bainbridge (765-522-6233). The middle school (765-522-2900) and senior high school are located in Roachdale (765-522-6282). The superintendent’s office (School Board Office) is (765-522-6218). School bus transportation is provided by the school district. Taxes Taxes are levied by Putnam County and the Clear Creek Conservancy District. Both are billed in April with installments due in May and November. They are one year in arrears. Dog Notice Property owners are reminded that under Indiana State Law it is a Class C infraction for an owner to allow his dog to stray beyond his premises, unless under the reasonable control of a responsible person. (A person who is convicted of a class C infraction shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars [$500]). Dogs running loose have been a problem in the past. A verbal warning will be issued to the dogs owner followed by a written violation and a fine. Dogs running at large will be picked up by our animal control.
