All watercraft operated on Heritage Lake must be the personal property of a property owner of the Heritage Lake Property Owners’ Association, Inc. Operation of a watercraft by any unauthorized person without a watercraft operating license will be considered an appealable violation, and will result in the following penalties and suspensions: A violation not involving personal injury and/or property damage by an unauthorized person without a watercraft-operating license will result in a fine of $500 and a suspension of all lake privileges, including any secondary owners, for a period of one month. Violation of the suspension will result in a doubling of the fine and suspension. A violation involving personal injury and/or property damage by any unauthorized person without a watercraft-operating license will result in a fine of $1000 and a suspension of all lake privileges, including any secondary owners for a period of one month. Violation of the suspension will result in a doubling of the fine and suspension. Violations and applicable penalties will be charged to the property owner. Procedures for appeals do apply. No verbal warning will be given to unauthorized persons without a watercraft-operating license.
