Instruction for completing the registration section.

Please read through the directions before starting the process of registering your account!!!!!!!  It is suggested that you print out this page—fill it out with your personal information and keep it as a reminder for when you login to the MEMBERS ONLY section.

1. Click on Registration.

2. On the Log In screen enter the Username: and Password. 

You can obtain the registration Username and Password by EMAILING  hlpoa@ccrtc.com . Include in the Message Section: Your Name, Lot number(s), and Account number.

3. Complete the Registration Screen

	ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED
	User Name:  Your Username:--FirstInitial LastName(ex: dthompson) [no spaces]
	Password: Your Password:--Must be at least 7 characters long and 1 character must be a non alpha/numeric(#,$,%,etc) (ex: #heritagelake). Write it down so you don't forget.
	Confirm Password: retype your password exactly.
	E-mail: Must be a valid email address. The program uses this to email your password if you forget it.
	Security Question: Create a question that only you will know the answer.(EX: My first car)
	Security Answer: Type in the answer to your Security Question.(57 Chevy)
	Click on
	Since you were successful you will see

4. Click on

5. On this screen you will be able to change your password or click on the Link to Members Area.

6. You only need to register once. After you have registered you only need to click the Login link and enter your username and password to get to the Members Pages.
