The Board has set up an Appeals Committee to hear appeals on citations issued for HLPOA Rules violations.  Notification of intent to appeal must be done verbally to the POA Office within two (2) working days and written notification within five (5) working days.  The Appeals Committee shall meet, if necessary, Tuesday of each week. 

Appeals will be heard ONLY on second written violations.  The suspension and collection of the fine will be delayed pending the outcome of the appeal.
