Extension Homemaker Clubs

These groups of women have organized so they can participate in a nationwide program of continuing adult education through extension programs in home economics. These programs include consumer information, workshops in clothing construction, money management, nutrition, cultural arts, traffic and personal safety, and leadership skills. They also offer a chance to socialize and have fun. The following three groups are members of the Purdue University Extension Homemaker Clubs in Putnam County:
